They can't all be "sexy" shots!...but it can look that way.

Some of the National Park Service assignments can be really exciting and adventurous and some, well pretty ordinary. On this assignment, I had to photograph a new electric vehicle charging station recently installed at Muir Woods National Monument in The Golden Gate National Recreation Area just North of San Francisco.
While we shot the stations themselves, with cars, and with people from the NPS charging the cars, this was one that I liked, because it had great contrast and showed the Muir Woods sign. This vehicle is not in production yet, but would be neat to have when they come out to the public.
This was a tricky shot. It was way past proper light and near noon when they needed the shot. In addition, the trees and filtered light caused all kinds of challenges. I think it turned out pretty good, given the circumstances.
